Job Title: Automation Tester: Fresher
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and manual testers to understand application features and functionality.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Participate in the testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through a bug-tracking tool (e.g., JIRA).
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality standards are met.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in automation frameworks and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of automation testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Familiarity with any programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, performance testing).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
