Job Description:

We are seeking a WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Build and Maintain learning environment functionality for our LMS platform as directed, including configuring learning objects (e.g. Courses and Classes), managing audiences, supporting integrated virtual classroom and mobile functionality, etc.

• Resolve all employee level queries related to LMS functionality and provide the required support to end-users, troubleshoot resolve user and admin issues

• Create and maintain courses and classes for various delivery modes (instructor-led classroom, virtual classroom, online self-paced, recordings, etc.)

• Create and maintain assessments and surveys (evaluation) using supplied question and answers

• Actively participate in ascertaining LMS needs and business requirements with guidance from the authorities.

• Regularly partner in new projects to drive enhancements, suggest best practice opportunities and support the implementation

• Perform assigned tasks with a focus on quality assurance and in alignment with Guardian standards, policies, and procedure
