Job Description for MERN Stack Developer

Position: MERN Stack Developer
Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)
Shift: Day-Time. [ 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday To Saturday ]
Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web applications using MERN framework
• Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures
• Implement functional programming concepts to develop scalable and maintainable code
• Collaborate with the team to design and develop user-friendly UI
• Use REST APIs to handle HTTP requests and responses
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues proactively
• Use Git version control to manage project development
• Work on production level application development
• Work on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tasks related to application deployment.

• YSQL, MONGO, or NoSQL databases and backend development technologies.
• Participate in agile and iterative software development process

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
● Proven experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
● Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
● Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
● Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
