Job Description for Cloud Support Intern (Azure)

Position: Cloud Support Intern (Azure)

Location: Pune
Mode: Work from Office (Rotational Shifts)
Duration: Internship (Batch: 2025/2026 Passed Out)
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud environments while assisting with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.
• Assist in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, and deployment-related issues.
• Work with Virtual Machines (VMs), Storage, Networking, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Security services.
• Learn and support cloud deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure management activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on live cloud projects and customer environments.
• Monitor cloud resources to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
• Assist in implementing cloud security best practices and operational procedures.
• Document cloud configurations, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.
• Continuously learn new cloud technologies and contribute to process improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Cloud Computing, Azure, AWS, and DevOps.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems and basic system administration.
• Basic knowledge of Networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.
• Understanding of cloud concepts including Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Security.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Cloud Computing and DevOps technologies with a willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BE/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
• Batch Eligible: 2025 & 2026 Passed-Out Graduates.

Added Advantage:

• Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Academic or personal projects related to Cloud Computing or DevOps.
• Basic understanding of automation and cloud deployment tools.
