Job Title: Docs Analyst – Trainee

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in US Healthcare systems, healthcare regulations, and documentation standards such as HIPAA, ICD, CPT, and HL7.
  • Analyze and resolve Medicare Health Plan document-related issues by identifying root causes and supporting configuration improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, Business Analysts, and Customer Support to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in understanding client requirements related to healthcare documents and health plan configurations, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Participate in the complete project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, documentation, testing, implementation, and deployment support.
  • Support document testing and quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless functionality across multiple environments.
  • Engage in client communication, gather feedback, provide project updates, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Assist in project planning, progress tracking, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards while maintaining high-quality project deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, healthcare regulations, and documentation best practices.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of US Healthcare processes and documentation concepts (preferred).
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or programming concepts is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (IT/CS), MBA, or any Graduate.
