Role: Full Stack Developer Intern

Location: Pune (Sinhgad Road)
Mode: Work from Office (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Minimum)
Experience: 0–1 Year
Stipend: ₹6,000 per month

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications using modern development technologies.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Work on frontend development using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Develop backend services using Python, Django, Node.js, and PHP.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL and MongoDB.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis to deployment and production support.
• Contribute to Agile development, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, testers, and business teams to deliver project requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance while ensuring production readiness.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and development best practices.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate (BE/B.Tech/BCA/BSc) or Postgraduate (MCA/MSc/M.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience or relevant internship/project experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular (v2+).
• Familiarity with Node.js, Python, Django, and PHP for backend development.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB databases.
• Exposure to Android, iOS, or cross-platform mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Ionic is an added advantage.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and reusable components.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodology, SDLC, TDD, and BDD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate Location:

Candidates residing in or near Warje, Kothrud, Swargate, Karve Road, Deccan, Sinhgad Road, Market Yard, Ambegaon, Katraj, and Peth areas will be preferred.
