Position: Jr. QA Engineer / Software Tester

Location: Thergaon, Pune
Mode: Work from Office
Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
Experience: Fresher / 0–6 Months

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform Manual Testing of web applications and software products.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and testing activities.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
• Conduct basic API Testing using Postman.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and maintain testing documentation.

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech, MCA, MCS, or MCM graduates.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience.
• Strong understanding of Manual Testing, SDLC, and STLC.
• Knowledge of test case writing, bug reporting, and defect life cycle.
• Basic understanding of SQL, API Testing, and Postman.
• Familiarity with automation testing concepts; knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new testing tools.
