Job Role: Jr. Software Developer (Fresher)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications under the guidance of senior developers.
• Work on frontend, backend, database, and REST API integration tasks.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following software development best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while ensuring application performance and code quality.
• Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to deliver projects within timelines.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Learn and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks as per project requirements.
• Contribute innovative ideas and problem-solving approaches to enhance project outcomes.
• Follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) throughout the development process.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech, MCA, MCS, or MCM graduates.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience are eligible.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap and responsive web design principles.
• Basic understanding of MySQL and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, AJAX, and CRUD operations.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub version control.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Strong programming logic, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of debugging, error handling, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, TypeScript, Java, C#/.NET, or Node.js is preferred.
• Familiarity with WordPress or Shopify is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn new technologies.
